Heartbeats and system alerts that you control
Heartbeats are the core of the alerting engine in IT Control Suite. These sophisticated routines function from the IT Control Suite appliance and are silent within the environment.
The alert engine is pre-configured for you upon installation, based on best practices. You can change the alert parameters as you choose in seconds and alert distribution can be deeply controlled to ensure the proper stakeholders are informed immediately.
- * Inventory alerts cover hardware, software, anti-virus, patch management and blacklisted USB devices and software.
- * Hard drive failure alerting is granular to let you customize it as you wish
- * Event log alerts can be customized for greater granularity

In addition IT Control Suite has one-click Maintenance Mode capability, so that when you are working on the system, alerts can be suspended for a designated period of time.
