Alerts the way you want them
IT Control Suite's alert engine will allow you to receive alerts the way you want them.
E-mail with secure, direct links to the IT Control Suite Panel as well as secure direct connections to the alerting device for remote access. If your alert is based on a workstation, server, SNMP or IP connected device, you have no-excuse remote access direct from the e-mail alert message.
With e-mail alerts, you don't even have to go into IT Control Suite to hit the target machine; the built-in link from the alert e-mail takes you there, with complete security.
Alerts can also be SMS messages, RSS feeds, or combinations of methods as you need.
